Program Overview

This is not a traditional internship. It is a structured, multi-track training program designed to build cross-functional professionals capable of working across technical and business domains.

During the program, interns will gain hands-on experience in:

• Backend Engineering (Python, APIs, system design)

• Odoo Backend Development (ORM, custom modules, business logic)

• ERP Functional Understanding (Accounting, HR, Inventory, CRM, etc.)

• Real project exposure and internal workflows
